Very important:
– DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR FIRMWARE IF PROMPTED, CHIPS WILL NOT WORK & THE PRODUCT WILL BE DEEMED NON-RETURNABLE.

– The printer must be brand new and not have utilised normal pigment ink. Not advisable to mix different aftermarket Cartridges – clarity of colours will not be guaranteed.
– Dye-sub cartridges can only be returned with nozzle check print demonstrating the printers prior working condition.
– The supplier will not be held responsible for damage to the printer due to misuse.
– Not advisable to convert already used standard ink printer to sublimation dye printer.
